Who We Are

ADOCHS (adochs.be) is an independent website dedicated to helping families digitize, restore, and preserve their photographic history. The site is operated by Bouanane from Morocco and is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at contact@adochs.be.

What Data We Collect

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address and message, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Analytics data: visit and usage statistics collected through Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), only if you consent to statistics cookies in our cookie banner. Until you consent, analytics storage is denied by default.
  • Server logs: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), kept for security purposes for up to 30 days.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (for example, a session cookie WordPress may set when you submit a form), which do not require consent. Statistics cookies from Google Analytics are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not work with advertising networks.

Data Retention

Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Third-Party Services and International Transfers

  • Google Analytics (via Site Kit): statistics, only with your consent. Google may process this data outside the EU/EEA under its own safeguards.
  • Fonts: our typefaces are hosted on this website, so your browser does not contact Google to load them.
  • Images: stock photography is stored on our own server and is not loaded from external services.
